The Special Investigation Service

car. Once he approached the victim in the car, he threatened her to tear off
the piercing and harm her health, which made the victim fearful that he would
eventually carry out the threat.
Based on the female victim’s
report, the Special Investigation Service promptly launched the investigation
and carried out urgent investigative and procedural actions. In particular, the
victim, members of the victim's family, and other persons in connection with
the criminal case were interviewed, an investigative experiment was conducted,
and other evidence revealing the crime was obtained, after which the law
enforcement officer was arrested based on the court's decision.
The Special Investigation Service

be charged within the time established by law.
