25 Jul 2023 The Special Investigation Service exposed 4 law enforcement officers in Violent Crimes As a result of investigative actions conducted in Tbilisi in June-July of this year, the Special Investigation Service exposed 4 law enforcement officers in violent crimes. The employee of the Land Border Police Department of the Border Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, R.D. was exposed for the crime with the motive of revenge, who physically assaulted the injured citizen on May 11, 2023, in Tbilisi. 14 Jul 2023 The Special Investigation Service revealed one citizen for the fact of interfering with Formula TV journalist’s professional activities and violence in Batumi The investigation conducted by the Special Investigation Service established that on July 13, 2023, journalist of Formula TV Salome Bokuchava and cameraman Temo Khukhia came to Batumi to record an interview with N. Dz, when she became aggressive and hit the journalist on the head and face several times, also held both hands and hit her head to the wall to disrupt his professional activities. 30 Jun 2023 The Special Investigation Service presented the New Head Office (HQ) Project The Special Investigation Service held a public presentation of the new Head Office project. With the support of the Government of Georgia, a 4,440 m2 land plot owned by the state, located on the 12th km of Davit Aghmashenebeli alley in Tbilisi, handed over to the Service and based on an open competition the service selected the company to develop the architectural project. Currently, the project is almost completed and, in a few days, to obtain a construction permit, the service will apply to the architectural department of the Tbilisi City Hall. See More
