Statement of the Special Investigation Service

The Special Investigation Service will investigate the fact of violence against Mikheil Msvildadze under the first paragraph of the Article 126 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.

As per the resolution of the General  Prosecutor of Georgia, the investigation of the criminal case was transferred from the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) to the Special Investigation Service.

The Special Investigation Service will conduct all necessary investigative and procedural actions on the case.
